In the Marketing Manager role I managed all traditional and digital marketing activities for two company brands, C&J Well Co. and   C and J Water. I built and lead a in-house team that consisted of a content writer, social media strategist, graphic designer, videographer as well as directing paid advertising and SEO contractors. While overseeing all strategic projects and campaigns, I was also a hands on producer who contributed graphic design, video production and other strategic content. While in this role for 4.5 years I helped the company more than double sales revenue.

Account Manager for Cornerstone Advertising. I project managed multiple National HVAC and Plumbing companies brands. I worked with and collaborated with an in-house creative team to produce both traditional and digital marketing strategies that would booster awareness and brand value that in turn increased sales for the companies products and services.

Marketing and Communications Manager for Breakers Unlimited. 

I managed all marketing and web projects for this multi-state electronics distribution company. I personally handled all internal communication, graphic design, video production, advertising and web development projects. In this role I gained experience in e-commerce and product distribution and promotion.


Marketing and Creative Team Director for Keynote. Keynote was the music and media division of international non-profit Cru (previously called Campus Crusade for Christ). I built the marketing team that promoted and supported various divisions of Cru. We provided internal support for performing artists, digital strategies, college campus divisions as well as national conferences and meetings. In this role I lead a team of content writers, videographers, graphic designers, web developers and communication specialists. I provided vision, strategy and servant leadership that propeled the mission forward.
